Shadow Mountain Resort Palm Desert, Palm Desert

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were awesome, the location was great and easily accessible to anywhere we wanted to go. However, the room had a slight issue with a wet dog smell. The service was super helpful, and the staff, especially Chris, was great and accommodating. The location was perfect for us, near family but away from the malls. The dining experience was delightful at the club house, and the grounds were beautiful.

My stay at Shadow Mountain Resort was brief but pleasant. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, but for a one-night stay, it served its purpose. The service was a mix of missing staff at the front desk, seen leaving the restroom together, and friendly, helpful individuals like Laura Torres, who made sure we had a downstairs room due to my husband's back problem. The location was perfect, offering a variety of activities on-site and within walking distance. However, some amenities were lacking, and the price could be better. Overall, a decent experience with some minor drawbacks.
